a culinary experience

Every evening, between 7pm and 8pm, we take you on a journey of taste. With themes that change daily and two menus to choose from, including a vegetarian option, every evening is a special moment. Particular favourites are the dumpling evening on Wednesdays and the pizza evening on Thursdays. You can also discover themes such as 'Culinary tour in the forest', '100% DNA South Tyrol' and 'Homage to Emma Hellenstainer'. Of course, gluten-free and lactose-free options are also available here.
